The One’s that are doing the work. Access God’s Spiritual Power. This Power is Vital, it Heals, Renews, Strengthens, and brings Internal joy.
The One’s that don’t do the work Spiritual, will go without Access to this Power.
The Work that is needed to tap into this Spiritual Power is practicing Self-care.
Even, if you have to PUSH yourself to do it.
Love on yourself, get your hair done, get a haircut, brush your teeth, cleanse your body with Soap. Smell Good!
If you are battling a Dark period of depression, oppression, or a feeling of Spiritual heaviness that takes your energy, joy, and self-worth, it can feel like Entrapment.
And you know in your Spirit you Want and Need to be Free.

Self Care, Exercise of Your Body and Spirit, Physical Workout, and Spiritual Prayer. Cleaning up your Environment, clearing the clutter, the noise.
You need Quietness to hear God’s Direction in your Soul.
